EcoPlan International is a nonprofit educational association under the French law of 1901. Founded in Paris in 1975 as an independent non-profit international network providing educational services , master classes and strategic counsel for government, the business community and civil society on policy and decision issues involving complex systems, social-technical change and sustainable development.
